First Life Update
Oct. 24th, 2025 03:10 pmFinally started cleaning out room today. It's been a mess, everything is out of place (if it even had a place to begin with)... Plus the way our furniture is arranged is really not working out for us. After that, I'd like to deal with the curtains so that getting natural light in here isn't so much of a hassle.
We've been trying to stare at the internet a bit less, which admittedly hasn't been going very well. Often we find ourselves poking aimlessly at our phone, trying to squeeze out just a bit more of anything vaguely interesting. We have been reading some actual paper books, though, which I'd been trying to get us to do for ages now.
The chronic pain is still kicking our collective ass, nothing new there. It kind of sucks to have to stop typing every minute or two because our hands get sore, but noting we've tried has really helped with that.
Not sure what else there is to say, so I guess I'll leave it here. We're still new to this site, so we don't really know how it works. Hopefully I'm not screwing it up too badly or doing anything annoying.
